Article no. 214 - Heirloom Trainer Sneaker in Vegetable Tanned Calf Leather
Bespoke shoemaker Josh Leong designed his sneaker collection to be made using the same grade of leather that is used in bespoke men's shoes.
Vegetable tanned leather develops a natural patina over time, which will vary depending on the environmental conditions the leather is exposed to.
This pair will age beautifully and take on a different character as they are worn in.

Step 1: Using a soft cloth, apply a few thin layers of the pure mink oil that is provided with your shoes. Be sure to apply the mink oil in small, circular motions, to ensure that it is evenly distributed throughout the surface of the leather.
Step 2: After the mink oil has dried, use a horsehair brush to vigorously brush the surface of the shoes to remove any excess mink oil.
Be sure not to use any other leather conditioning products on your vegetable tanned leather shoes, as they may interact with the leather and prevent the natural patina from occurring.
