Does Seamless Bespoke offer exchanges or refunds?
Seamless Bespoke does not offer exchanges or refunds for discounted or clearance items.
Seamless Bespoke does not offer refunds for full-priced items purchased either.
However, Seamless Bespoke does allow exchanges for full-priced purchases within 28 days from the date of purchase.
You will need to arrange and pay for the shipping back to Seamless Bespoke (16 Ann Siang Road, Singapore 069696), and the replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Seamless Bespoke packaging included.
Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase.
