Which payment methods and currency does Seamless Bespoke accept?

We accept payment through Shopify Payments. We process all transactions in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Which countries does Seamless Bespoke ship to?

Seamless Bespoke ships worldwide from Singapore using DHL Express to ensure that your items arrive promptly and in good condition.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

For local Singapore shipping, we charge the following fees. Your items will arrive in 2 to 4 business days of placing your order.

Spend of above SGD$200 - Free Shipping
Spend of SGD$200 & under - SGD$4.90

For international shipping, we charge the following fees depending on the zone of your location. Your items will arrive in 2 to 6 business days of placing your order.

Zone 1 - Countries include: Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, Japan, Macau, Hong Kong, Brunei, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, China, Thailand, Taiwan & Vietnam.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Singapore

We ship directly from Singapore. No duties or taxes will be charged when shipping within Singapore.

Rest of World

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all other countries outside Singapore. As the purchaser, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country or region. Seamless Bespoke is unable to advise or predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number that you can use to track your package.

Which size should I order?

Does Seamless Bespoke offer exchanges or refunds?

Seamless Bespoke does not offer exchanges or refunds for discounted or clearance items. We also do not offer exchanges or refunds for any custom made items (Made to Order, Made to Measure or Bespoke).

Seamless Bespoke does not offer refunds for full-priced items purchased either.

However, Seamless Bespoke does allow exchanges for full-priced purchases within 28 days from the date of purchase.

You will need to arrange and pay for the items to be shipped back to Seamless Bespoke (16 Ann Siang Road, Singapore 069696) and the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Seamless Bespoke packaging included.

Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase.
