Saphir Médaille d'Or Pate de Luxe shoe wax consists of a unique blend of natural ingredients such as carnauba wax and turpentine that has been distilled from the resin of pine trees. The all-natural wax polish formula does not contain any harmful silicone-based chemicals which can cause damage to your leather shoes, or worse still, the health of the person polishing the shoes.

The best method to apply this wax onto your shoes is to use a soft cloth and gently massage it into the surface of the leather, using small circular motions. Alternatively, some professional shoeshiners even recommend applying the first few leathers of this wax onto your shoes using your bare fingers. To achieve a high shine, gradually build up thin layers of wax using small amounts of wax interspersed with a few drops of water.

Be sure to condition the leather using Saphir Médaille d'Or Lotion leather conditioner and Saphir Médaille d'Or Pommadier shoe cream before applying the wax layers, because the wax layers seal up the surface of the leather, and the thicker the layer of wax on your shoes, the more difficult it is for leather conditioning products to penetrate the surface to moisturise the fibres.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

We offer free delivery within Singapore, and your items will arrive within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

For international shipping worldwide, we charge the following flat rate shipping fees depending on the number of pairs of shoes purchased, and your items will arrive within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order.

1 pair - 50 SGD

2 pairs - 75 SGD

3 pairs - 90 SGD

4 pairs & above - 100 SGD

For shoe care products and accessories, there are no additional shipping charges if they are purchased together with shoes. However, if they are purchased separately from shoes, the shipping charges for all international orders will start at 50 SGD.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?


We ship directly from Singapore. No duties or taxes will be charged when shipping within Singapore.

Rest of World

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all other countries outside Singapore. As the purchaser, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country or region. Seamless Bespoke is unable to advise or predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number that you can use to track your package.

Does Seamless Bespoke offer exchanges or refunds?

Seamless Bespoke does not offer exchanges or refunds for discounted or clearance items.

Seamless Bespoke does not offer refunds for full-priced items purchased either.

However, Seamless Bespoke does allow exchanges for full-priced purchases within 28 days from the date of purchase.

You will need to arrange and pay for the shoes to be shipped back to Seamless Bespoke (16 Ann Siang Road, Singapore 069696), and the replacement pair will be shipped to you free of charge.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Seamless Bespoke packaging included.

Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
